Subscriptions and Recurring Payments

• Website hosting subscriptions are billed monthly at $10.95/month
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your Ko-fi account
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through Ko-fi
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period

One-Time Purchases

• Domain purchases are one-time payments processed through Ko-fi shop
• Domain pricing varies by TLD (.com, .net, .tv, etc.)
• Domain renewals are separate transactions and must be purchased before expiration

Payment Matching

• Payments are automatically matched to your account via Ko-fi webhooks
• Matching is done using your registered email address, linked Twitch account, or linked Discord account
• If payment matching fails, please contact us with your Ko-fi transaction ID

Refunds

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
• Refunds are processed through Ko-fi and subject to their refund policy
• Services already rendered may not be eligible for refund
• Domain purchases are generally non-refundable once registered

Outstanding Charges

• Outstanding charges may be added to your account for additional services or overages
• You will be notified via email of any outstanding charges
• Outstanding charges can be paid through Ko-fi using the payment link in your dashboard
• Failure to pay outstanding charges may result in service suspension

8. Service Terms

By purchasing services from Aurora Midnite Network, you agree to the following:

• Services are provided on a best-effort basis
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violation of these terms
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
